Dark Heart

The Dark Heart is an extention of the Dark Hivemind organism, and infects particularly dark or closed off parts of structures, caves, and other abodes around Elutheria. Being the source of the Dark Room, destroying it will destroy the Dark Room.

The Dark Heart cannot do anything to the player, but once defeated, will initiate the escape sequence of the Dark Room.

Codex Entry

An extension of the Dark Hivemind, this parasite attaches to the wall of a room with dark history and feeds off the suffering and pain resonating within the walls. It possesses no defenses of any kind, implying it has a symbiotic relationship with the Stalkers.
