Leveling
Killing enemies and completing side quests rewards the player with Experience. Every time they level up, they are given the chance to unlock a new combo for Zedekiah or Alina. Every 3rd level up, they will instead gain a Soul Gem.
To discourage the player from grinding, experience gained is individually set for every enemy in the game, with enemies in earlier parts of the game having less experience. Each proceeding level will require more and more experience.
