Elutherian Trials

Overview

The Elutherian Trials is an alternate gamemode, accessed in Durennel City or in the main menu by unlocking it via the previous method. The player must complete certain tasks as quickly as possible, such as making it to the end of a course as fast as possible or defeating a number of enemies. As the player progresses, these become more difficult with more interesting stipulations, and all award various rewards such as Elits, Experience, or even exclusive equipment and Trinkets.

Every Trial will have a rank, ranging from E to A, like combat ratings. (As a matter of fact, combat-based Trials have their rank based off the player's combat rating.) Each Trial also has a bonus challenge that must be completed (in addition to getting an A) to achieve an S rank.
